Sommers Bend selected as Grand Winner at the 2024 PCBC`s Gold Nugget Awards

Sommers Bend, the first SHAWOOD community in the U.S., won 2 Grand Awards and 4 Merit Awards at the Gold Nugget Awards 2024, presented by the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC), an architectural exhibit showcase. Details of the Grand Awards are as follows.
