Sommers Bend, our first full SHAWOOD community launched in January 2024 with 57 home sites, each equipped with net zero features as the standard. Sommers Bend has earned high recognition in the U.S. housing industry, winning multiple awards. We will continue to expand SHAWOOD projects in the future.

Kiri
“Kiri” is a single-story home featuring 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and 3,874 sq. ft. (approximately 360 m²). In addition to its expansive open space and five bedrooms, it offers a variety of amenities, including an outdoor area perfect for barbecues and a dedicated fitness room.
Experience Center
This facility allows visitors to deepen their understanding of SHAWOOD’s technology through various exhibits, including laminated timber columns and beams, Bellburn, ceramic exterior panel, and joint models.
