Waterset is a MPC development project with an area of approx. 2,300 acres being undertaken along the waterfront in Apollo Beach, southeast of downtown Tampa, Florida. The area in and around the project site has been the most active submarket in Tampa for new home starts, and Waterset was awarded second place in "Future of the Region Award for Development" in 2013 for our outstanding achievement and contribution that benefit the regional community.
